Only Sky Artist, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Tailgate Sales Pro mobile application and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

Information you provide directly:

• Account registration data: name, email address, phone number, and password
• Business profile information: company name, business address, contractor type, and sales goal
• Lead data: contact names, phone numbers, addresses, job types, deal values, and notes you enter about your leads
• Activity logs: call notes, voice notes, and status updates you record within the app
• Appointment and scheduling data you create within the app

Information collected automatically:

• Device information: device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• Usage data: features accessed, screens viewed, and interaction patterns (used solely to improve the Service)
• Crash reports and diagnostic data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Authenticate your account and maintain your session
• Sync your lead and business data across your devices
• Send you push notifications and reminders you have configured
• Respond to your support requests and communications
• Improve and develop new features for the Service
• Monitor for security issues and prevent fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising, sell your data to third parties, or use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving the Service.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase, an enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure provider. All data is:

• Encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS
• Encrypted at rest
• Protected by row-level security policies — only your account can access your leads and profile data

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (Settings → Delete Account), all of your data — including leads, notes, activities, appointments, and your profile — is permanently deleted from our systems. This action is irreversible.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Infrastructure providers (Supabase) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority
• Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred — we will notify you before this occurs

6. Third-Party Services

The Service uses Google Maps Places API to provide address autocomplete functionality. When you use address search, your input is sent to Google's servers. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.

7. Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we use your device's notification system (Apple Push Notification Service on iOS) to send you reminders and alerts. You can disable notifications at any time in your iPhone's Settings or within the app under Settings → Notifications.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Update inaccurate information in your profile settings
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data at any time
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
